Company policies
If the stuff was present at property during and moved around after the cleaning is done we do not provide the guarantee for the service. If there are any oversights reported within 72 hours we send the cleaners back to rectify those issues free of charge. We do not provide the refund for the service if cleaners would not given a chance and access to rectify the issues either by estate agents, landlord or tenant.
